White sauce kya hota hai?
White sauce, jisay “béchamel sauce” bhi kaha jata hai, aik creamy mixture hota hai jo milk, butter aur maida se tayar kiya jata hai. Ismein cheese add kar ke isay aur bhi rich aur flavourful banaya jata hai. Garlic, black pepper, aur thori si oregano ya mixed herbs isay ek lajawab aroma aur taste deti hain.

Vegetables with chicken (optional, for flavour)
Pasta (macaroni sab chaltay hain, fettuccine, penne)
Butter
Maida flour
Doodh
(Bareek kata hua) Garlic
Cheese (cheese or mozzarella)
Pepper, black
Salt
Either oregano or mixed herbs
In brief, cooking ka Tareeqa:
Add some fresh parsley as a garnish to the cheese.
Jab tak wo soft ho jaye patties ko salty pani mein boil karo.
Phir ismein maida daal kar halki aanch par roast karo, ek pan mein butter melt karo.
Daal kar continuously stir karo taake lumps na banain, doodh dheere dheere.
Add karo, ismein cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs to the thick jab sauce.
Vegetables and chicken are fried together.
Pasta cooked with water is a sauce that may be mixed with other ingredients.

Advice for Added Flavour:
Add kar saktay hain the spicy twist by adding red chilli flakes.
The pasta was so overcooked that it was chipak jata hai.
I simmer the sauce on a low heat with patience.
Use parmesan cheese to provide extra cheesy flavour.
